The Newsletter strives to publish articles that are interesting and useful to appellate judges and practitioners. Substantive articles should generally focus on appellate rules, jurisdiction, procedure in the Federal Courts of Appeals, particularly within the Eighth Circuit. The Newsletter also welcomes articles about practitioners and judges within the geographic area of the Eighth Circuit.
